PART-TIME RESIDENCY
Not ready for a 40-hour work week? Part-time residency at Flashpoint may be just the right fit — less time behind a desk, but all the resources of being part of our incubator program. You will share a workstation with one other organization and coordinate the desk-use and schedules to suit your needs.
Monthly rate includes the following:
- Shared workstation + file storage
- High-speed internet access + tech support
- Access to shared network + printers
- Phone + voicemail
- Access to copier, fax + postal meter
- All utilities
- Up to 8 hours of conference room use
- Resource library
- Kitchen
- Training & information sharing via monthly resident meetings
- Free or discounted admission to Flashpoint Business Center roundtables & workshops
- Priority use of Coors Dance Studio & Mead Theatre Lab for rehearsals, performances & events

Requirements:
- Based in the DC metro area
- At least 2 years experience producing high-quality artistic programming, products or services
- Employ at least one part-time professional staff member
- Compensation of all artists employed by the organization
