Technical Assistance

Have you ever left a workshop with a long to-do list and no time to figure out the next steps? Do you feel overwhelmed by the prospect of meeting your Board’s lofty strategic plan?

CuDC provides one-on-one technical assistance to artists and cultural organizations. We focus on building organizational capacity around issues such as strategic planning, board development, or writing a business plan. We work closely with each client to define the issue and the best approach given the timeframe and resources. When appropriate, we connect clients to CuDC’s network of select management consultants with the expertise to tackle the issue at hand.
