The Actorvist Project’s production FEMA’s 1603, written by Giani Clarkson and directed by D. Wambui Richardson, brings to life the aftermath of the great storm that challenged the lives of thousands of families. Clarkson invites the audience into the lives of 10 Katrina survivors, telling poignant stories through the eyes of characters who each experienced the storm in a different light. —This play is about becoming better out of tragedy and moving on.”
